Presenting Authors & Session Chairs

Poster Sessions

Poster sessions are active for one half day, although authors must put up their displays in the morning between 0730h and 0800h and remove them between 1800h and 1830h. You must be present at your poster for at least one hour during the allocated session time. Posters not removed by 1830h each day will be recycled.

Poster Sessions are located in Moscone North, Hall D. The last four digits of each poster presentation indicate the board number.

Session Chairs - Oral and Poster

Read the Oral Chair Guidelines or Poster Chair Guidelines to familiarize yourself with your responsibilities as a session presider.

Audio/Visual Equipment

The deadline to pre-order audiovisual equipment at the discounted rate is 17 November. After this date, you will need to order any equipment on site at the Facilities Desk, in Moscone North.

Cancellation

If you are unable to attend the Fall Meeting, please notify AGU in writing to request the withdrawal of your presentation. Send your request to fm-help@agu.org .
